ACC going to IP address

I was using our network monitoring tool and saw that the ACC was going to an IP address of 184.72.238.199 (ec2-184.72.238.199.compute-1.amazonaws.com) it sent almost 54mbs of data to our ACC. Any idea what this could be? I do not use the ACC to push Up2Dates or patterns to any of my ASG's. There are no new Up2Dates on the ACC, possibly a pattern? 

I was just curious as to the IP address.
