cant webadmin V8 devices

My ASGs with Version 8 not dont show the public ip within ACC,
so i cant webadmin this devices.
Both devices have fixed ip and fqdn pointig to fixed ip.
I have around 15 another V7 ASG , here is everything fine.
This 2 V8  are customers where i replaced V7 ASG with new V8 ASG.

Any idea ? Or is ACC V2.201 not compatible with V8 devices ?

    Hi Gregor,

    the ACC is also compatible with V8 devices. If you could provide us with ssh access we could have a look on it.

    When you open the V8 devices in the details view in Gateway Manager (in the card view, double click on the device), you should see a list of values similar to this: 


    Device Name             osgiliath

    Hostname                osgiliath

    IP Address (Agent)      10.8.17.99

    IP Address (Public)     10.8.17.99

    Version                 8.055

    ...


    Is the public IP of the devices listed as either IP Address?
    Since your machines are connected to the ACC, there must be another IP
    address configured. In which of the IP Address fields does this other IP
    address show?
    When you click on the 'WebAdmin' button, what IP does your browser try to
    connect to?

    The following is for a slightly different problem, but if in doubt, you could give it a shot:

    Problem Description 

    ASG IP address doesn't update automatically


    Problem's Solution 

    When a change to the default public IP address on the ASG is made the ACC

    still displays the old address.  This is most likely that the IP address

    locator on the ASG is not reporting the new change to the ACC device.

    

    

    Console/SSH to the Gateway device in question

    

    Execute the following command as root:

    # iplocator.plx

    

    Wait a few seconds and check contents of /etc/location:

    

       1. tail /etc/location

    

    The new contents should be reflected within ACC shortly with the new IP

    address

    ... and another thing:

    If connecting to your devices does not work with the provided IPs, in the
    Gateway Manager, 


    •  go to Management -> Registration
    •  locate the machines in question
    •  Click 'edit'
    •  There is an option 'SSO Mode'.  Here you may choose your prefered means of
      connecting to the device.
