V 2.100 Notifications

Hi,

in the onlinhelp of ACC is written that the Notifications are for things wich happens on ACC.

If a managed gateway is going offline there is no notification for me, is this right ?
Or is it a configuration issue of me.

Hi,

no, you haven't done anything wrong. There simply is no notification support for device related activity in ACC (yet/as of now).

We have a subset of notifications which pertain to system activities also known from the ASG, e.g. failed logins, services not running, partitions filling up ...

Please note, there are currently two pending feature requests related to device based-notifications:

acc email alert if device is unreachable (offline)

If you want to promote such a feature you can spend some points on it.
