No RADIUS Auth after Update to V 2.100

Hi,
in ACC 2.000 we have configured Authentication via AD and RADIUS. After the Update to V2.100 auth via AD is functional but auth via RADIUS is disfunctional.

The ACC seems to send a wrong SourceIP it has 192.aaa.ccc.88

Has anyone seen someting similar after update ?

    Hi,

    the source IP should be the IP of the real client which tries to authenticate. In this case, the user who likes to login into the Gateway Manager GUI. It's the same behavior as for users who want to login via the WebAdmin GUI.

    This should not pose a problem for RADIUS authentication as the source IP is not relevant here.

    Have you assigned the respective users to the acc Nas-Identifier of your RADIUS server? WebAdmin and Gateway Manager are two different GUIs and hence use different identifiers.

    Hi all,

    the same machine was authenticating with ACC V 2.000 against RADIUS without any failure.
    The only change was the Up2Date and now this machine is running ACC V 2.100 .

    Is there any change within the Auth mechanism in V 2.100 ??

    Hi,

    There have not been any distinctive changes on authentication between 2.0 and 2.1 .
    But we will look into this.
