UTM 9.5 Problems with OTP, google & Microsoft Authenticator

Hi There

 

I've yesterday configured the OTP on my SG210 (UTM 9.503-4), it works fine with my Android and the Sophos Authenticator, but with Google Authenticator on the same device it doesn't work, same with Microsoft Authenticator.

Searching by google I didn't found anything. Had someone the same problem and a solution for this issue?

    often the token lifetime isn't taken from QR-Code or is hardcoded within Authenticator.

    check tokenlifetime within authenticator and adjust these settings within sophos UTM.

    I've found the problem, the hash algorithm has to be SHA1, then it works well with google authenticator too.
