How do you register the licence for endpoint control?

you need to apply the upgrade-key in the Sophos MyUTM Licensing Portal to your fullguard license.

if you dont have access to your licenses ask your reseller where you get the license to apply the endpoint license and send you the updated license file to import then in the UTM.

I have all of the upgrade keys but there is no key for the Endpoint protection. It says "Endpoint Protection Advanced" and there is a username & password.

I think this is for the on premise endpoint protection rather than the endpoint protection on the UTM??

I bet you were sold the Cloud Endpoint license, Louis.  There's no such thing as "Advanced" with UTM Endpoint.

I don't think it's the cloud one as there is a cloud and on premise version. I have a username and password but can't see where to apply it.

Well, I've sold and setup all three versions, and you definitely don't have the licensing info for the UTM version, Louis.  With a password, it's also not the Enterprise Console version, I think, but it's been several years since I worked with anything other than Cloud and UTM Endpoint.

Sussed it. It is the on premise endpoint protection. You register with Sophos and then you input the username & password. This then gives you access to certain downloads. The one I have has the enterprise console, various av's and endpoint protection and pure message for exchange etc

Quite an involved install by the look of it.
