Endpoint installs everything but AV, autoupdate hosed

When I install endpoint using link or download from UTM, it never downloads the AV software.  When I check the update settings, a server is listed but no username or password.

Internet connectivity is fine, even tried using hotspot on iphone to download, still no luck.  Any help would be appreciated.

Here are some errors from various logs:

    No Web Proxy is disabled. All the end points I have installed in the past seem to be working fine and updating with no issues. Just this new install fails

    I just looked at the screenshots.  I've seen this a couple of times in the past, before I gave up on Sophos Endpoint and moved back to my preferred endpoint AV solution.  Once I fixed it by re-downloading the installer.  The other time I filled in the information manually that I got from another install. PITA.

    It seems after looking at it that all the software does not get installed. It installs the update and communication service and that's it. I guess the rest is what gets downloaded if the update servers and ID and PW were to be filled in. There is no way that I can see to manually enter that info as all the fields are grayed out.
