Error installing AV on one computer

I am using UTM9 at home and have removed the existing virus software from several virtual machines in order to install the antivirus from UTM.  I have two Windows 7 computers where the install went fine, and one Win7 computer where it will not install.  The error is: 
Problem Event Name: BEX
Application Name: setup.exe_Sophos Endpoint Security and Control
Application Version: 2.10.4.5

I also tried to install AV on Server 2008.  It installed but said it will update itself and finish when it has an internet connection.  It has a connection, so I checked it about an hour later and it was working and the Start menu entries had been installed.

All the computers are running under Vmware workstation 11.  Where can I start to troubleshoot where it won't install on one computer?  I have tried logging in as different admin users as well as uninstalling EMET 5.
