What is wrong with endpoint protection?

I had problems with Liveconnect is disabled message in Webadmin. Tried to disable endpoint protection (which worked), but now trying to re-enable it and this doesn't work. I always get this message:

    Today I tried again to enable Endpoint protection and now it turned on instantly. I didn't change anything since my last try yesterday...... strange.......
