Web filtering on Endpoint issue

I have a list of websites that are not allowed in "Web filtering - Policies - Filter Action - Websites - Block these websites".

If I use the policy filter test tool, I get the correct response of a block. If I actually visit the site with a laptop with the Endpoint agent with Web Control enabled, I do not get the block. Any ideas?

I have attached a picture of the policy test. The RegEx I am using for this test is very simple: ^instagram.com/lunatic_living.*$

Other sites I have blacklisted are blocking... just not this one.

And the attachment. I also just did another test blacklist also doesn't work for desktops without the agent but behind the UTM... It might have to do with the HTTPS settings.

Just to be clear, you've enabled the Web Control feature, the endpoint group this laptop is assigned to has web control enabled (Endpoint Protection > Computer Management > Manage Groups), and the endpoint group has been added to the correct proxy profile? All three steps are necessary for this to work.
