Exclude multiple file extensions in one rule?

I was curious if you can include multiple file extensions to exclude for On-Access Scanning or do they each need their own exception individually?

Try with a semicolon as a separator.

It seemed to accept the semicolon both with and without a space after the semicolon between each extension. I left the exception in with no spaces after the semicolon so I hope it works.
