AV Blocking internet radio

Im trying to listen to an internet radio stations on Digitally imported.
www.DI.FM

The AV is blocking the streaming. I uninstalled the AV and as the AV was uninstalling the music started working again.

Any way to add exemptions for this? 
And what exactly is it blocking? I'm not getting any warnings about unsafe java script or anything.

    Watch the traffic in your browser's "Developer Tools" does it seem to timeout/give-up after ~5 seconds for the media from http://pub#.di.fm?

    Try loading just media url directly in your browser - wait a few minutes, does it eventually load (3-6 minutes later)?

    Try loading the URL directly in a media player (VLC played immediately for me)?

    The Endpoint Security and Control software is very much a black box to me - does anyone have debugging/operational information to share?
