AV Blocking internet radio

Im trying to listen to an internet radio stations on Digitally imported.
www.DI.FM

The AV is blocking the streaming. I uninstalled the AV and as the AV was uninstalling the music started working again.

Any way to add exemptions for this? 
And what exactly is it blocking? I'm not getting any warnings about unsafe java script or anything.

    To get it to work I have to go to the AV client and enter the tamper password then go to Configuration->Anti-Virus->Web Protection, and turn Download scanning off. This does not seem like the best solution.

    I don't see where streaming settings are that you talked about RFCat_vk, do you have Endpoint Web Control turned on?
