Any way to change domain endpoint mail alert details?

Hi everyone - I am wanting to automatically change the mail alerting/messaging on our domain computers, it was incorrectly set up when SAV was deployed.

We have set the correct details on the UTM, but I want to change all the endpoints.

I have tried searching the registry and any .ini fies but cant find the setting for the email alerting address or smtp server.

We have enterprise console at another site and it's easy to change the options but I cant find a way to do it on the utm or programatically.
