The MCS endpoint was rejected by the server during registration, the token is invalid

UTM running 9.2 here. Getting the following error when installing endpoint on clients, happens about 50% of the time. 

"The MCS endpoint was rejected by the server during registration, the token is invalid"

Checked the Endpoint section on the UTM and noticed it said that Live connect is disabled. Here is the log file:

    Logan, if you have a paid-for license, start a support case with Sophos Support (depending on the level of support purchased, you may need to start the case via your reseller) regarding your issue.  Posting in this forum does not constitute starting an official support case with Sophos; from time to time one of their staff may respond here, but I wouldn't count on it... we're mostly a user to user community here.
