How to install with an MSI file from GPO

Is it possible to install the UTM endpoint client from a GPO in active directory?
The downloadlink from withing webadmin only downloads an .exe file.

    I remeber tool from Microsoft that could convert exe to msi. It would scan all your disks and registry before and after the installation, and pack all differences into MSI file.

    I have tested it few times with different applications, sometimes that worked, sometimes not..[:)]...and can't remember the name, find it by google-ing.
