File Level Exclusions with Environmet Variables

Hi all,

So far my Googling has not found any positive answers to my question of whether or not I can use %Variables% to exclude files and paths. It looks as though this is not possible. Can someone please verify a yes or no? Can I exclude a folder path in this way:

%userprofile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

    ..and if so, what is the accept syntax in the exclusion?

If the answer is no, how am I to exclude this path for every individual in the organisation?

    I don't understand why you would need to do this, but, in any case, it's not something that you can do anywhere but on the Windows client.
