Clients continually offline

Hi!

What can I do to get my clients showed as online?
Most of the time they show "Offlline", when I hover over one of the grey dots, the pop up says: "Last seen 5 minutes ago":


I didn't find anything being blocked in the Web Filter, Firewall, IPS or Application Protection.

All EP clients are working fine, it's only the diplay thing which is annoying me. Can I, e.g., increase the timeout after which the EP clients are being regarded as offline?
