Antivirus: 1 items blocked

Hello,
I have an alert on my dashboard under Today's Threats that states: Antivirus: 1 items blocked.  The problem is I can't find anymore information about the event in logs or under endpoint protection.  This is the second event without any information.  Can someone help me find out the source of this alert or point me in the right direction?
