Can't upgrade or uninstall Sophos AV

I have a machine which has SAV installed, from the UTM. It failed on an upgrade and now is in a state where it won't upgrade and I can't uninstall it, I get an error 1721 (There is a problem with this windows installer package).

Under programs and features the version of SAV is listed as 10.3.0, while the msi in \windows\Installer has been updated to 10.3.2.

I think I need to locate a 10.3.0 version of the msi to be able to uninstall this. Does anyone know where I can get a copy?
