new sophos enterprise console

I have an existing sophos enterprise console 5.1 on a windows 2k3 server.
the policy and setup was done by the previous administrator who has since left the company.

I am tasked to setup a new server running windows 2k8 to host a new enterprise console.

can I setup the new enterprise console and scanned the whole domain in order for the new EC to manage all the clients ?

Do I have to go to each clients individually to change to point to the new EC 5.1 ?

I have about 300 clients in my domain.
