After updating from 9.0 to the latest 9.101 at one of our customer, the endpoint agents can't update (50 endpoint) and in the console all shows that they are not compliant. The same thing is with the endpoints that are outside the internal network.
DNS cache was cleared both on endpoints and UTM. The sophosupd.com url from iconn.cfg is pingable from the endpoints. Tried to create new antivirus policy with the most features disabled, but didn't helped.
I have tried to install a new endpoint agent (after disable/enable endpoint protection/reset token) but still can't update.
