End Point update failure

At 1844 Melbourne AU time my EP failed to update. Has been reporting failures every hour since including the forced update. I have not changed my UTM configuration in the last 24 hours.

Please some-one with access to a reseller alert the support desk of the issue.

    Hi all,
    I am running a W8 64 and the registry doesn't bear much relationship to examples shown. I can find a couple wow nodes, but the values look totally different.


    The UTM has now decided both PCs are online and up2date. No errors in UTM log.

    Hi folks,
    after not being able to change the registry on the W8 PC, I thought I would try stopping and restarting the EP service on the UTM, bingo success. Both PCs have updated and are happy again.

    I have disable (and delete data) Endpoint in the UTM (9.106-17), uninstall the Sophos on the Endpoint, redownload the full installer and install Sophos again. Same error.

    On a new Installation of Windows 2012 same error. And on many other Clients.
    The Problem starts whit enable the Proxy for Autoupdate. But disable this Options don´t fix the Problem.

    I like Astaro, and now the UTM. But the Sophos Endpoint....

    Any ID?
