Endpoint Protection cannot download agent

I cannot download the endpoint agent, have tried everything that have been suggested in the posts posted by others. I have tried disabling and enabling endpoint protection to no avail.

Keep getting the "The requested URL /agent/ was not found on this server" page, also endpoint logs displays:

    From time to time Sophos has problems with some of its broker servers (still some kind of beta feeling :mad[:)]...

    Private Setup:

    • XG: HPE DL20 Gen9 (Core i3-7300, 8GB RAM, 120GB SSD) | XG 18.0 (Home License) with: Web Protection, Site-to-Site-VPN (IPSec, RED-Tunnel), Remote Access (SSL, HTML5)
    • UTM: 2 vCPUs, 2GB RAM, 50GB vHDD, 2 vNICs on vServer (KVM) | UTM 9.7 (Home License) with: Email Protection, Webserver Protection, RED-Tunnel (server)
  • Typically, if you wait about an hour after you initially register the Endpoint module on your UTM, the downloads become available.  Sometimes there is a lag between registration and the creation of the package on the broker services hosts, at least that's been my experience.

  • Thanks guys, will see if it works.
  • still nothing, tried to disable and enable endpoint protection but I cannot disable endpoint protection. It just hangs when I try to disable it and nothing appears in the logs.
  • Same on my side. Still trying to get it run on my box for a couple of days now. 

    Will wait too [:)]
