I am currently evaluating "Endpoint Protection" feature on our UTM220 (Version 9.0016) and during that some questions came up I couldn't clear with the manual or product sheets:
1. Is there any possibility to get informed via email about a forbidden user-interaction (connecting a usb device even though it is blocked)? Is this feature planned? I couldn't find it within Endpoint Protection or "Notifications" in general..
2. How do clients receive Updates? Via UTM or directly via cloud?
3. Did anyone experience bandwith problems because of clients downloading updates and configurations via cloud service?
4. Is there a "Best practise" way to unblock a particular device (i.e. usb flashdrive) for only one client? Managing all clients using groups seems really infelxible..
I'm looking foreward for any suggestions, hints and comments [;)]
