Sophos is trying to dial up after gateway crash

I am trying to fix my stations. Sophos is trying to dial a network connection now after my astaro crashed hard. Can someone please tell me how to fix this been working on trying for a few hours.

    Not sure what you mean, Michael...  Is this the Endpoint protection on your Windows PC?  Have you bypassed that Astaro to connect it directly to the internet?
