Sophos Agent deployment not updating/showing

As the title says i download the Software AKA the AV, once installed on computers there are no update logins, also non of the computers show up on UTM.

Good to hear it is fixed. I just don't worry about the tamper protection. In small home office environment. But good to see it is resolved.
