Sophos Agent deployment not updating/showing

As the title says i download the Software AKA the AV, once installed on computers there are no update logins, also non of the computers show up on UTM.

    Please remember to always state the version - 9.004-34?

    It sounds like you need to start over.  Search here for a post that describes complete removal including deletion of folders, stopping of services and uninstall of Sophos software.
