How to deinstall Endpoint?

Hi,

I try to deinstall Endpoint. But It always says I have no rights to do so.
The User is lokal Admin. The Notebook is not connected to any domain.

well.. how can I uninstall if the UTM is not available(hard drive is death), and tamper protection is enabled?
