Clients offline after reinstall

Hi folks,

a few days ago, I reinstalled my UTM9 to solve some problems with VPN connections due to "broken" files.

I reapplied my config backup I made before, but since then, my Endpoint Clients were only marked as offline in the endpoint management section.

So, how do I get them online?

Did the token change or something? hope you could help me..would be glad if I don't have to reinstall the endpoint software on all the clients.

For me, everything worked out fine.

As you can read in this post (https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/59/t/55921), I decided to turn of EP since the clients were offline, but I choosed "keep data".

After that I wasn't able to reenable EP again via Webadmin. With the shell commands in the post linked above, I was able to egt EP to work again and the clients showed up, too! [:)]
