Sophos Endpoint install fails on Windows 8

Hi,

As Sys-admin, I allready have a laptop installed with Windows 8 Enterprise. (MSDN for the win [:D] )
But I ran into a problem.... See attached image.

When will Sophos be available for Windows 8 systems?

    Installed FULL Version which I just downloaded from UTM

    Indeed 10.2 is shown when I open the GUI.

    BUT the Update Field is Still Empty so whats is next?

    Disappointed....and why is this update field locked down else we can just type it in.

    On the fifth attempt the update locations appeared and all now seems well!  In addition, having installed the 9.004 update, the endpoint PCs are now appearing as On-line (hopefully they will stay as such) - So great.......



    You mean you RE-Install the Full Version 5 times.

    OR

    You [Uninstall - Reboot - Reinstall] x 5 times?

    9.004 fixed an endpoint bug and clients should be appearing as online

    I have not had any problems installing sophos onto my Windows 8. Have you checked for virus on the system. Could be a possible virus that might be preventing sophos form installing correctly.
