Clients shown offline and wrong IP address

I have 2 clients protected by EPP.
The UTM shows both as being offline and having different external IP addresses.
Both are online and update to about 1300 local time. They updated 4 times so far today.
One shows the correct external address and the other shows the external address of the my work firewall where i had a tunnel setup to during the week. Since then the PC has been restarted.
and the tunnel not re-established.

I am seeing the same thing with my internal computers here at home now showing offline. Most of the time, they update fine with the client contacting Sophos for updates, but once in a while they will not update for whatever reason. I force an update, and it works, but always shows offline.
