Large Downloads Freeze

Since I installed the Endpoint Protection Client, I have noticed that large downloads (greater than 500MB) will freeze and eventually stop. This could be related to the thread about "freezing during an update" but I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed this. I have seen this happen at least a dozen times. Any ideas would be most appreciated.

Never noticed this, and I'm regularly downloading big files (mostly iso files).

I had a few days ago a interruption caused by the IPS, as it had a false positive there and rejected the packets, so The download hung somewhere in the middle of the download.

Wer Schreibfehler findet, darf sie behalten. Wenn ich via IPad poste, sind Verschreiber und grammatikalische Aussetzer irgendwie an der Tagesordnung.

I too am having this problem. I have to some times pause and then start again.

Whenever strange things happen, always check the Intrusion Prevention log.

Sorry for not getting back with everyone earlier. Yes, it was the IPS, I had to disable some rules to get it to work.
