Detailed AV configuration

Hi

Is there any posibility to manage the Client Settings in detailed version?

The reason form my question is. When I change for example, scan only files with will be modyfied or written, ater that change my UTM tell me the settings are not applyed.

I cant find any posibility to change that settings on the UTM. Only on the Client.
