Clients not showing up in Web-IF

Hi!

As the Beta forum is closed now I'm posting in this section again:

I configured EP a few days ago and installed the Client on 5 machines. Although the installation went fine and the clients are getting signature updates, they do not show up in the UTM. The "Manage Computers" tab is empty!

On the Main Screen of Endpoint Protection category in the UTM-Web-IF it states: 
Sophos LiveConnect is disabled. 0 computers registered out of 12 licensed, 0 computers are currently online.


The UTM EP log frequently shows errors 4280 and 4281:

The internet connection is working fine, at least I do not have any client problems in accessing the internet.
The UTM Web Protection is configured in Standard Mode. The Sophos Broker Exceptions are present.

I'm using a home license and reapplied my 8.305 backup after a fresh install of the UTM9 GA release.

What is wrong here?

    I've found another post which gave me the solution for the troubles. Also the client is now showing up in the webif. The following steps are necessary to get it working again (solved my issues) feedback welcome!

    Client Win7 64bit

    - download the new full install client from sophos to the machine
    - stop all sophos services and set to disabled in startup
    - reboot
    - enable hidden files and folders now you can see on c: the program data folder which contains the sophos folder.
    - delete it (all possible expect the webscanning)
    - rename the folder an boot
    - now you are able to delete it
    - reboot
    - the inet connection isn't working anymore now in all browsers --> dns error
    - install the downloaded client to the machine
    - check the web if --> my showed up!
    - after install reboot and check inet --> everything should work again including showing the client in the web if


    hope this helps some others, I hat to go this way because the normal uninst gave me an error about access rights.
