Manipulation from Subject on Info and Waning emails

Hi all,

wenn a RED loses the Connection, the UTM sends a email with a warning for that issue.

When the Red is back online the UTM sends a Info email.

The Subject for these emails look like this:

1) [utm.host][WARN-727] RED connection is down

2)[utm.host][INFO-727] Red connection is up again

Question:

Is there a way to change the subject of these mails?

Not to my knowledge - what issue caused you to want to make such a change?

Hi,

as you can see the information in the Topic of the e-mail is alway the UTM Hostname, the Warning ID an then the RED Identifier.

On mobile Devices, it would be nice to see at first de RED Identifier, avoiding having to open the email to see wich Red Connection is down.

Is this possible?

No way I know of to change that email subject to include the specific connection. You might put in a feature suggestion at Ideas and post a link to it here in your thread.
