Red10 version 2 and 3 - dns issue?

Hi

I have one older Red 10 version 2, and a new Red 10 version 3 in our stock. 

I have set up the v3 now, following this setup Sophos RED (Remote Ethernet Device) Technical Training Guide 

The older one was working for until a few weeks ago. 

The problem is this. I can get the ip-address from both boxes. I can ping websites on the internett, but get  "page cannot display" when try to brows them. 

I cannot ping our internal servers (and that I must)

Every light on the box are green. 

The vpn tunnel is up.

But I cant access internal servers (neither by ping or brows), and no access by browsing external addresses www.astaro.org but I can ping it and get aswers.

why? 

Have an UTM 9 - ASA220 with Firmware version: 9.307-6

    My fault... but I do get to brows internett sites [:)] 

    But I cant ping: 

    ping fileserver
    ping fileserver.mydomain.local

    But I can ping: 
    ping 10.0.1.52 -> my fileserver.

    And can access the shared folder on that server by \10.0.1.52\sharedfolder\
