RED10 errorcode

Today I got one of my RED10s back, not working anymore. The following LEDs are permamently on, no LAN-cables are attached:

Power, LAN1, LAN3, LAN4, WAN (see my attached pic). Anyone knows this "errorcode"? The manual says nothing about it.

    Hi ,

    If it has less then one year old it is still in warranty and you can replace it.
    There is also a flush tool to restore it, 
    But first use your warranty if you have a vid one on this unit.
