RED unable to connect to ASG

Hi everyone,
I'm installing a RED to reach my ASG 110, everything's fine in ASG but I've an issue with my RED. The tunnel is blinking for a while and the RED reboot.

Make sure TCP Port 3400 and UDP Port 3400 is open on the RED location.

It's already open, both sides. In fact, my RED is DOA, they'll send me a new one. Keep in touch.
