SD-RED 20 The specified unlock code does not match this device

Hi,
I have deleted my RED configuration of the Firewall and when I set it up again I get the following error message:
The specified unlock code does not match this device

Has the unlock code changed?
Please reset my SD-RED.

My SD-RED 20 ID: R20001GCH8HJQ9F

    I would suggest you open a support case at support.sophos.com and send me the case number via personal message. We can't share or reset the unlock code for RED on the Community.
