SD-RED 20 3G/4G module can not used as WAN interface

I bought SD-RED 20 appliance with 3G/4G module.

I tried to use 3G/4G module as Wan interface but itsn't work. Appliance RED reboot indefinitely. If integrated RJ45 WAN interface is connected the appliance will be connected.

Someone can help me ?

Salut Mohamed et bienvenu - welcome to the UTM Community!

You will want to open a case with Sophos support. This sounds like a problem that will require someone to login to your UTM.
