[Sophos Notification] Advisory - Sophos UTM: RED-W wireless becomes inactive after updating to 9.6

Hi Community,

[Update] This issue will be resolved in UTM v9.6 MR-2. Please stay tuned for more information regarding this release.

Some customers are reporting RED-W wireless issues and high CPU usage after updating to UTM v9.6 GA. Our team is actively investigating this issue and this KB article has been published to provide a workaround and will be updated as new information becomes available.
