RED 15 has [down] indication in the interface page

Hi Guys I have setup a RED15 setup on a site. I followed everything on this KB: https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/116573

But I still can see a [down] indicator beside the interface that I created for the RED Device. What can possibly be the cause for that?
