RED just stopped working

Hello,

See the picture below/attached. The RED at this office was working fine, then this morning went offline and wont come back on. Office has internet and no changes have been done.

Which RED is this, Todd? The picture isn't bright enough to see what's happening. Are any of the lights blinking?

Sorry its a RED15, nothing blinking, lights are all steady.

According to Operating Instructions Sophos RED 15 and RED 50 Appliances, you have no connection to the UTM:

What do you see in the RED log related to this device?

How do you know the office has internet? Can someone ping the UTM from there?
