I'm a little confused about "download throttling". Have read a few articles about it, but somehow it does not work for me.
I did it after this tutorial:

Is something missing in this manual? Please note that I work with Web-Poxy (Transparent) and on the other hand also work the "Bandwidth Pools", I limit the max. speed of the LAN.
The goal is to limit the speed of Youtube. But with the "Download Throttling" it does not work. I already tried to test it, when a deactivate the "Bandwith Pools" and only the "download throttling" is acitvated. It's not working.
