IPSec Tunnel goes down after 2,3 days.

Hi All,

We are having an issue with IPSec tunnel going down on two site after a few days. If we just plug another device to the switch then Tunnel comes back online.

we have switch connecting through 4G modems connected back to our Sophos firewall at Head office.

Confirmed the settings are same/correct as few other sites. once we plug a device then it works 2,3 days without any issue.

Telemetry devices are connected to switch which connects to the 4G modem/router IPSec tunnel is configured onto it.

Curious to know why it works fine for a few days and then went down untill we connect a device to the switch whcih triggers it to start working.

Any Suggestion?

    Hi, Muhammad, and welcome to the UTM Community!

    Please show pictures of the edits of the IPsec Connection, Remote Gateway and IPsec Policy for both the Central site and one of the remote sites where you experience this problem.  Also, say whether the DPD and NAT-T settings are the same on both sides of the failing tunnel.
