Hi Ivan,

This is primarily a user-to-user forum where we help each other with UTM configuration problems. This is not an official way to communicate problems like yours to Sophos.

You might find what you're looking for in https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/119440. You also might go to TrustedSource - Check Single URL and Email Blacklist Check - See if your server is blacklisted.
