Connection to backend failed. Press Shift+Reload to try again.

Hello,

On trying to log onto the webadmin of UTM 9, we get a popup saying "Connection to backend failed. Click Shift+Reload to try again." after which we are logged out. This issue is a new one and we are not able to resolve it. Does anyone have any idea regarding this - could it be because of a new update?

By the way, we are trying to reach the webadmin through a RED.

    we experience the same issue with all our UTM's. Its occures since a few weeks now.

    Its quite annoying, since Chrome is our main browser. If you find a way to to make webadmin work again in Chrome, please let us know.

    probably something like clearing caches etc.

    Just some final thoughts on the subject, I find that IE, FF, Safari and Chrome all have times when they will not connect. Having to change between browsers to find which is not misbehaving can be quite tedious at times.
