VMware: Network problem

Hello,
I installed a UTM on a VMware virtual machine and I'm experiencing network performance issues.
I have a server that goes through the firewall but I have a lot of lag or micro disconnection.
I tried to put the server live on the internet without going through the firewall and I have no problem.
I tried to reinstall the UTM by putting more RAM, CPU but even worries.
Could you tell me where the problem might come from?

    I think we'll need more details on your hardware before being able to offer any help.

    Specify full details of the host machine.  Are you running under vmworkstation or exsi?  Full details of the hardware assignment for the virtual machine.

    If I had to guess, assuming you have web protection enabled, that's probably what's causing your lag.

    Hello,
    This is a virtual machine installed on an esxi 5.5.
    There is 2 UTM in HA.

    VM:
    RAM: 6GB
    Hard disk: 150GB
    4 interfaces: VMXNET3

    Web protection is not activated.
    There is only the firewall and vpn ssl.

    You didn't say what things were slowed and disconnected, so try #1 in Rulz.  If you still need help, tell us the specific issue you're having.
