Does this work for Psiphon on UTM 9.5?

Hello Everyone,

I have found this in the XG area. Can someone tell me if this works in the UTM version as well and what needs to be done to get it to work. Looks like it was done just last week.

If this is true, how do I sign up for it???

There are alot of us out there that would love this to work...please tell me it works on ours....
